We are seeking a B2B Sales Representative to join the team at LWS. The preferred candidate will have many years in upper management with most of his or her experience being from the manufacturing industry. LWS’ current market focus is manufacturing. However, we provide staffing for all industries.
Our staffing approach is tailored to each of our clients. We know our clients needs and get results.
The B2B Sales Representative will be expected to create and nurture business relationships with clients with the goal of securing new or ongoing staffing agreements. The B2B Sales Representative is a remote employment position. If you can secure new clients without leaving your home, great. Otherwise, the Representative is expected to make visits to local businesses and begin building relationships face-to-face.
•10 years of management experience
•3 years of business development experience
•Proficient with technology (smartphone, computer, gps, etc)
•Drivers license and reliable transportation.
•Must be authorized to work in the United States.
•Must be able to pass background check and drug screening.
